Everything about this project is worthy of 5 stars! From the estimation process, through the installation and clean-up their team was timely, thorough and professional. As we found out, installing a soffit isn't typical in San Diego, but the Millan team rose to the challenge. Of the 5 contractors we called (and only 3 showed up), they weren't the lowest price, but their follow-up and attention to detail was worth the peace of mind we had going into the project with pros. We wanted professional lighting around the property and the best way to achieve it was with Hardie board soffit. They also painted the soffit and facia to further brighten up the place. We are very happy with the results...
