Complete home remodel of a modern home in the beautiful community of Del Cerro.
This project including expanding the existing kitchen into an open floor plan that gave it over 350 SQUARE FEET OF SPACE!

Aside the demolition of non-load bearing walls, we also remodeled two bathrooms, including one with the installation of rain shower. This property was on and off the market in the blink of an eye!
